Job Title: Front-of-House Brand Ambassador (Cashier & Customer Experience)

About the Role We are looking for a vibrant, energetic Brand Ambassador to be the welcoming face of our sushi shop. In this role, personality matters above all else. If you are naturally outgoing, genuinely care about giving guests a excellent experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you will fit right in.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience: Warmly greet every guest, walk them through our sushi menu, provide tailored recommendations, and drive sales with enthusiasm.
Cashier & POS Operations: Accurately process orders, handle cash and digital transactions, and manage opening/closing till reconciliations.
Product Presentation: Keep sushi display cases fully stocked, fresh, beautifully merchandised, and visually appealing throughout the day.
Shop Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food hygiene across the counter, customer area, and workstation.

Previous retail, café, or quick-service food experience is a bonus, but your personality and drive to learn come first.
