Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our energetic team. In this role, you will assist with various construction and foundation repair tasks, supporting the skilled tradespeople to ensure efficient project completion. This position offers an energetic work environment where your hard work directly contributes to helping homeowners strengthen their homes.
Duties
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up work areas
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for projects
Support the installation of foundation repair systems under supervision
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols
Operate basic hand tools and assist with equipment setup when required
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently
Help with material inventory and ensure proper storage in office
Experience
Previous experience in construction, general labor, or related fields is preferred but not required
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork
Willingness to learn recent skills and follow detailed instructions
Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures is a plus
