We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pressure Washing Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Operate pressure washing equipment, including power tools and hand tools, to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces efficiently and safely
Prepare work sites by setting up necessary equipment, protecting surrounding areas, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
Perform heavy lifting of equipment and materials to facilitate thorough cleaning tasks across multiple locations
Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify areas requiring cleaning or maintenance, ensuring all surfaces are properly maintained
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process
Maintain detailed records of work performed, including logs of completed jobs and any issues encountered during operations
Follow all safety guidelines related to the use of power tools, chemicals, and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries
Experience
Prior custodial or facilities maintenance experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and the use of hand tools and power tools is advantageous
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple sites
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively
Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking
