Responsibilities
Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires using a variety of hand tools and power tools with precision and care
Conduct thorough inspections of tires and wheels to identify damage or wear that requires attention
Perform routine maintenance on tire equipment and ensure all tools are properly maintained and stored
Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and recommended services to enhance their experience
Lift heavy tires safely and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions
Support the sales team by providing knowledgeable input on tire products and maintenance packages
Qualifications
Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive equipment
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively in a busy environment
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
Familiarity with automotive maintenance procedures and tire technology is a plus
Basic understanding of sales principles related to automotive parts and services
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is desirable but not mandatory
