Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on vehicles using advanced hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Conduct repairs on various automotive systems including engines, brakes, transmissions.
Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all repairs performed
Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, timelines, and maintenance recommendations to ensure excellent customer service
Experience
Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance
Demonstrated ability to read technical manuals
Excellent customer service skills combined with mechanical knowledge to provide qualified guidance to clients
