Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Supervisor to oversee daily farm operations, ensure the health and productivity of crops and livestock, and manage a team of farm workers. Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily farm activities
Operate and oversee farm machinery safely and efficiently.
Direct farm feed inventory activities
Diagnose livestock health issues
Lead a team of farm workers, assign tasks, provide training, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of farm activities, inputs, and outputs for reporting purposes.




Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
Monitor animal health and treat animal health issues.

Skills
Basic math skills for measurements, record keeping, and inventory management.
Experience working with livestock and horses
Experience diagnosing livestock helth
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting as required by farm tasks.
Leadership skills to supervise staff effectively.
Organizational skills to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
Operate tractor and farm machinery

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
