Medical Clinic Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our medical clinic team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a busy healthcare workplace, communicating with patients, and handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Must-Have Qualifications
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English — both are required for daily work communication
Comfortable communicating professionally with patients in both English and Mandarin
Robust basic computer skills
Comfortable with English typing
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
Able to independently assess and solve basic problems
Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized
Able to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
Excellent patient service and communication skills
Open to feedback and willing to learn
Reliable and punctual
Understands the importance of patient privacy and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Previous experience working in a medical clinic, dental office,



pharmacy, or other healthcare setting
Experience with OSCAR or other EMR systems
Knowledge of basic medical terminology
Appointment scheduling experience
Experience handling referrals, faxes, and medical documents
Basic knowledge of OHIP and medical billing
Cantonese language skills are preferred
Additional language skills are an asset
