Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Heavy Duty Truck Salesperson to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive business growth by developing new customer relationships and managing existing accounts. Your expertise in outside sales, negotiation, and business development will be key to helping customers find the perfect heavy-duty truck solutions. Duties
Engage in outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the heavy-duty truck market
Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners, commercial clients, and industry partners through effective account management
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase truck features and benefits tailored to customer needs
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction




Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract current clients in the B2B (business-to-business) sector
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
Provide exceptional customer service by offering technical sales support, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring a smooth sales process

Experience
Proven success in outside sales, preferably within the heavy-duty truck or transportation industry
Solid negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
Experience in business development and account management with B2B clients
Excellent analysis skills for assessing customer needs and market trends
Technical sales experience related to heavy machinery or vehicles is a plus
Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward client satisfaction
