We are seeking a reliable, skilled handyman to perform routine and emergency maintenance across multiple rental units. The ideal candidate is experienced, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting)
Complete tenant work orders in a timely manner
Handle turnover tasks between tenants
Inspect units for maintenance issues
Install fixtures, appliances, and hardware
Coordinate with property manager for scheduling and supplies
Maintain a clean and secure work environment

Requirements:
Proven handyman/maintenance experience
Own tools and reliable transportation
Ability to troubleshoot issues independently
Strong communication and time-management skills




Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Available for occasional urgent or after-hours repairs

Schedule: Flexible; part-time or full-time options available.
