Duties
Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting food and beverage options with enthusiasm and professionalism
Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and accurate entry
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments with basic math skills
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all service areas, adhering to food handling regulations
Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management and multitasking skills
Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions or concerns proactively
Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, preferably as a server or bartender
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and transaction purposes
Effective time management skills to handle busy service periods smoothly
Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly desirable
