Duties
Assist residents or clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols
Support residents with dementia or cognitive impairments through specialized care techniques
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed, ensuring dietary requirements are met
Maintain a clean and secure environment by performing light housekeeping and sanitation tasks
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being




Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care plans

Experience
Prior experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly preferred
Experience caring for seniors or individuals with disabilities demonstrates your ability to handle diverse needs
Knowledge of dementia care strategies and medication administration enhances your effectiveness in this role
Solid caregiving skills combined with the ability to perform cleaning, meal prep, and home care tasks are essential
