Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of our warehouse, contributing to the overall success of our distribution processes. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and familiarity with various warehouse equipment.

Duties
Operate order pickers, forklifts, and reach trucks to efficiently move products within the warehouse.
Accurately picking, packing, preparing items and conduct shipping process.
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and updates in the Microsoft office 365.
Perform mechanical tasks including fabrication and building as needed to support warehouse operations.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols while handling heavy lifting and operating machinery.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals.
shift work may be required, no night shift, rather late or early day shifts
Keep the warehouse organized and clean to promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications
Previous experience in warehouse, receiving,



packing, shipping or a similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in operating order pickers, forklifts, and reach trucks is highly desirable.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to fabricate and build as necessary.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems like Microsoft 365 is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
