Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring all areas are sanitized regularly
Handle waste disposal efficiently, ensuring bins are emptied and areas remain clutter-free
Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols
Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and requesting replenishments as needed

Experience




Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial or large-scale settings
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, including use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Solid organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts
Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues accurately
