We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Educator & Bus Driver to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a Class 2 or Class 4 commercial driving license, along with a genuine enthusiasm for working with children and providing exceptional customer service. Duties
Safely operate buses with Class 2 or Class 4 licenses to transport children to and from various destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
Supervise and engage children during transit, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
Support early childhood education by creating a nurturing setting that promotes learning, social skills, and emotional development
Assist with daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, teaching basic skills, and fostering inclusive participation
Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and team members about children's progress and any concerns
Maintain vehicle cleanliness, mechanical checks,



and routine safety inspections to ensure optimal operation
Provide multilingual support (including Spanish) to accommodate diverse families and enhance communication

Qualifications
Valid Class 2 or Class 4 commercial driving license with a clean driving record
Experience working with children across different age groups and backgrounds
Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly desirable; multilingual skills are a plus
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, colleagues, and community members
Knowledge of basic mechanical principles related to vehicle maintenance and safety checks
Prior experience in teaching or early childhood education is preferred
Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a lively environment

Pay: $16.50-$19.00 per hour
