Duties
Serve food and beverages to guests in a skilled, friendly, and efficient manner
Assist with the setup, decoration, and breakdown of banquet spaces to meet event specifications
Ensure food safety standards are maintained during food handling and service
Attend to guest inquiries promptly, providing excellent customer service throughout the event
Support food preparation activities as needed, including plating and garnishing dishes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas,
adhering to hygiene protocols in food handling and general sanitation
Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to coordinate timely delivery of services and ensure guest satisfaction
Experience
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, demonstrating familiarity with food service operations
Experience in hospitality is advantageous, highlighting adaptability in fast-paced environments
Proven customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
Strong communication skills coupled with a proactive attitude to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Pay: From $17.60 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
