Job Summary

Our client is seeking GL associate to help out at their facility Orangeville for a busy auction event that is upcoming.

Duties
Lot stickering of items in categorical order
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment around the site
Pallet building and sorting and moving debris
Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for everyone
Perform general site cleanup if needed cleanup to keep the worksite tidy and hazard-free
Operate basic machinery or tools, as needed

Requirements
Must have Great English communication and be able to take direction well
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Able to lift heavy 50-60lb
Able to physically perform the job moving, sorting, lifting, pushing heavy pallets and materials
Solid work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills




Positive communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus
Knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is preferred
Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work workplace

Day shift, ~7:30AM start

Pay-rate

$23/hr

Seasonal contract - 1 week (re-occurring)
