Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Conduct engaging product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits
Utilize technical sales skills to educate customers about our offerings, including Bath Fitter products.
Perform merchandising duties to ensure attractive and organized displays
Handle POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or follow-ups
Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers effectively during shifts
Ensure your environment remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales, construction sales, or related fields is preferred
Solid communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities, are a plus
Familiarity with POS systems, Ipad systems, cash handling, and basic math skills required
Experience with product demos, upselling, and merchandising is advantageous
Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities
Ability to provide outstanding customer service with professionalism and courtesy
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills necessary for engaging with diverse customers
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
