Job Description:
Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through financing and leasing options.
Collaborate with the sales team to present tailored financial solutions.
Secure approvals with financial institutions and ensure compliance with regulations.
Offer and explain additional protection products to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of transactions and adhere to company policies.
Create an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation to vehicle delivery and beyond.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Stay up to date with the latest automotive, finance, and industry trends to effectively advise customers and address inquiries.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry or similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
OMVIC certification.
