Responsibilities:
Prepare, mix, and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and guest preferences.
Ensure accurate and timely billing of all drinks served.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, equipment, and ingredients.
Engage with customers to provide excellent service, ensuring a positive guest experience.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food and beverage handling and Serving it Right compliance.
Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed, such as setting up for events or helping with kitchen tasks.

Qualifications:




Serving It Right (or ability to obtain within a specified period).
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems commonly used in restaurants is an asset.
Knowledge of local cannabis regulations if working in a region where cannabis is legal.
Familiarity with beer, wine, and cocktail varieties.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Manual dexterity for handling glasses, bottles, and bar equipment.
Ability to lift and carry moderate weights (e.g., cases of alcohol, ice).
