Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care following established protocols • Oversee Personal Support Workers in care delivery • Collaborate with healthcare teams on resident care • Conduct shift reports to relay resident information • Notify physicians of critical resident changes
Requirements: • Current registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario • Expertise in nursing for elderly and rehabilitation patients • Understanding of relevant healthcare regulations • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills • Dedication to meaningful resident interactions
