New Graduate Rotational Program:

Through our New Graduate Rotational Program, you will acquire the valuable hands‑on skills and foundational experience to become the professional you are meant to be. You will have the opportunity to be involved and contribute to meaningful projects, develop key skills and learn from a diverse group of leaders.

If you are just starting out in your career (with less than two years' qualified experience) or expecting to graduate in June 2027, then this opportunity is for you!

As part of the program, successful candidates will participate in 3 rotations of 12 months. Rotational plans are designed to accelerate your personal and professional development.

What to expect from this program?





- Three-targeted career development rotations over a 36-month program to accelerate your professional development
- A team that deeply cares about your development and long-term career at P&W; C including an assigned mentor
- Upon completion of the rotational program, based on your experience and current business needs, you will be assigned to a full-time discipline

Here are some of our career opportunities:

- Product definition: Define and validate complex engineering solutions using CAD, and coordinate engineering change documentation
- Advanced concepts and mass properties: Create and iterate digital mock-ups of advanced concepts, and perform mass property analyses
- Assembly process planning: Plan and prepare assembly instructions for demonstrators and engines in development
- Tool design: Design and define complex custom tooling using CAD for the manufacture and assembly of production and development engines
- Configuration management: Lead all activities related to configuration identification, change control, status accounting, and audits for all engines
- Technical Publications: Create and update customer‑facing technical documentation for engine certification, maintenance and overhaul

Required qualifications

- Be currently enrolled in a program that ends in May 2027 or be a recent graduate ) with a college diploma in Engineering Technology: Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing
- Enthusiasm and passionate about advanced aerospace propulsion system technologies




- Eagerness to learn and grow as part of a team made up of talented individuals with diverse backgrounds
- A mindset of creativity and energetic drive to succeed
- Knowledge of CAD software (e.g. CATIA), geometric tolerancing (GD&T;), and basic programming (an asset)
- For candidates interested in roles located in Québec, please note that the following language requirements form part of the working conditions: This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
