Our client is actively seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. In this influential role, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle AP activities, reviewing invoices, coordinating payments, and maintaining vendor relationships. Your role will facilitate effective internal controls and contribute to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable across various brands • Review invoices accurately and process payments • Coordinate payments via EFT, ACH,
and checks • Reconcile vendor accounts and address discrepancies • Support month-end and year-end audit requirements
Requirements: • 4+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics NAV • Strong expertise in invoice processing and vendor relationships • Experience in a high-volume retail setting • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
