Currently we are looking for suitable candidates for the following:

Drafting Technician (Residential Plot Plans)

Key skills and qualifications (including but not limited to):
Candidate must have previous experience in drafting Residential Plot Plans.
Interpret and analyze Building Grade Plans, Construction Plans, Legal Survey Plans, Right of Way Plans.
Apply your knowledge gained from previous experience to be able to create a finalized Residential Plot Plan that meets current Municipal guidelines.
Knowledge of drainage patterns, construction standards,



Land Use Bylaws and setback standards are required.
The successful candidate must possess knowledge of, and proficiency with, AutoCAD Microsurvey or equivalent

Experience / Education:
Diploma in geomatics, civil engineering, or drafting
A minimum of 3years' prior work experience in the same or similar capacity
Meticulous attention to details
Excellent command and comprehension of English
