AU Living Building Construction Ltd. is currently hiring experienced Drywall Tapers / Seamfillers for ongoing projects in the Moncton, Current Brunswick area.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional drywall taping / seamfilling experience
Must be able to work independently without supervision
Must be experienced with Level 4 drywall finishing
Able to complete taping, coating, corner beads, inside/outside corners, sanding, touch-ups and repairs
Must produce clean, qualified work ready for paint
Must be reliable, punctual and able to meet project schedules
Must have your own basic taping tools
Must be able to work well independently and as part of a construction team

Responsibilities
Complete drywall taping and seamfilling from start to finish
Apply tape and multiple coats as required
Install and finish corner beads
Sand and complete final touch-ups
Identify and repair deficiencies




Maintain a clean and protected work area
Complete assigned areas according to project schedule

Compensation
