We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you have a passion for sales, enjoy meeting homeowners, and have experience in the roofing industry, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Prospect for current customers through door-to-door canvassing and networking in assigned neighborhoods.
Meet with homeowners to assess their roofing and exterior needs.
Prepare and present estimates and solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Follow up on leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Negotiate contracts and close sales.
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Utilize our CRM system to manage customer information and sales activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of sales experience is required.
Previous roofing sales experience is required.
Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a solid work ethic.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Fluent in English.
