Duties
Lead energetic and well-structured yoga classes for groups of varying experience levels, ensuring safety and proper technique.
Create inclusive lesson plans that incorporate different styles of yoga to suit the needs of all participants.
Provide explicit instructions and demonstrations to help students understand poses, breathing techniques, and alignment.
Offer personalized guidance and modifications to accommodate individual limitations or injuries.
Foster a positive, motivating atmosphere that encourages mindfulness, self-awareness, and community connection.
Maintain a clean, organized studio environment by setting up equipment and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Track attendance and provide feedback to help students progress in their practice.
Skills
Proven experience in teaching yoga or related fitness classes with a passion for health education.
Robust knowledge of various yoga styles, postures, breathing techniques, and safety practices.
Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate diverse groups of participants.
Ability to adapt classes for different skill levels and individual needs with patience and professionalism.
