Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service to our guests. As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our kitchen and restaurant operations while fostering a positive work setting. This position REQUIRES you to have a valid drivers license to apply as the location does NOT have public transit available during the full hours of operation.

Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts.
Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver high-quality service and maintain operational standards.
Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to maintain effective operations.
Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for current staff members.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during shifts.




Collaborate with other management team members to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.

Skills
Strong team management abilities with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
Experience in kitchen operations, food preparation is highly desirable.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
Familiarity with restaurant management practices and operations is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and guests.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
