Duties

Develop and implement cleaning schedules and operational procedures.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and stock levels.
Assist cleaners in performing duties.
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues as needed.
Experience
Proven experience in motel housekeeping.
Prior supervisory experience in the motel industry is required.
