Service Writer – Hot Tub Service Department

Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Manitoba is looking for a Service Writer to join our busy service department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls regarding hot tub service and troubleshooting
Schedule service appointments and assist customers with basic support
Order parts required for repairs and maintenance
Process and ship warranty parts back to manufacturers
Communicate with technicians and customers to ensure smooth service operations
Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Requirements:
Professional and friendly telephone manner
Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve




Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment

Assets (not mandatory):
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems
Previous customer service or service department experience
