Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipe specifications and presentation standards
Cook a variety of menu items with precision, speed, and consistency
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols at all times
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline kitchen operations
Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of high-quality meals to guests
Experience
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience in meal preparation, serving, or working in a fast-paced culinary environment is highly valued
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work efficiently under pressure
Solid teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues and delivering excellent guest service

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
