Job Description:
Perform tire installations, rotations, balancing, and repairs
Operate all tire service equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
Deliver excellent service through clear communication with team members and customers, and consistently follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements
Perform oil and lube services.

Requirements:
Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Physical stamina and ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
A team-oriented mindset with mechanical skills and a positive attitude
Able to work after hours when needed
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships customers and team members
Provide a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract
