Our team is growing! We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to learn and a passion for customer service. As a Service Technician, you will learn how to diagnose, repair, maintain various mobility equipment as well as sales.

Duties
Maintain a clean and organized work setting to ensure safety and efficiency.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues
Utilize tools effectively for various repair tasks.
Communicate with customers regarding repair needs, timelines, and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests.
Adhere to safety protocols while performing all tasks.
Provide information and support for new sales

Qualifications




Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
Willingness to learn
Punctual
Mechanical skills are a plus but not mandatory.
A valid driver’s license is required
Vulnerable Sector check is required

Pay: $38,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
