Charlie Social House is seeking a hardworking individual for the position of Server.

Charlie Social House provokes a feeling of intimacy as an extension of the family home with a versatile function.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greeting our guests, guiding them through the menu, and taking guests’ orders in order to deliver a service that is memorable
Ensuring all food and beverage orders are taken properly and attend to guests’ needs throughout the meal and providing optimum guest satisfaction and service
Ensures that guests know about new items on the menu
Recommends wine and beverage pairings with the assistance of a bartender
Recommends side dishes to complement main courses
Up-sells beverages, coffees, and desserts as appropriate
Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
