Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring a clean, organized, and productive environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, strong attention to cleanliness, and the ability to work effectively in a quick-paced setting. Experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environments is a plus but not required. Duties
Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans
Operate dishwashing machines
Sanitize all kitchen items properly
Dry and store clean dishes
Keep dishwashing area clean and organized
Clean floors, walls, and kitchen equipment
Take out garbage and recycling
Restock kitchen supplies (plates, cutlery, etc.)
Assist with basic food prep (if required)
Follow health and safety regulations
Handle cleaning chemicals safely
Report equipment issues or malfunctions




Work efficiently during busy hours

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory
Good physical stamina (standing for long periods, lifting heavy items)
Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene
Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Time management and ability to stay organized
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to handle hot water, chemicals, and kitchen equipment safely
Reliability and punctuality
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
