We are looking for a Baker for our South Location!

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in the food and bakery industry, strong food preparation skills, and a creative eye for decorating and presentation. In this role, you will prepare, bake, and decorate a wide range of baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and food safety. You will also assist with inventory management and support day-to-day bakery operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a wide range of products including breads, pastries, and cookies.
Bake products according to recipes and quality standards.
Decorate baked goods with artistic flair and attention to detail.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations.
Package finished products for display or sale, ensuring they are presented attractively.
Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies; assist with ordering as needed.




Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills
Previous baking or related experience is an asset
Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
Familiarity with various kitchen equipment used in baking and food preparation.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace while maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in both preparation and presentation.
Strong communication skills, able to work well within a team setting.
A passion for baking and creativity in developing new recipes or improving existing ones.
