Duties
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency in every dish
Assist with food plating and garnishing to enhance visual appeal
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in accordance with food safety regulations
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Support food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards and prevent cross-contamination
Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt and friendly service during busy hours
Requirements
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is highly preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting
