Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems ensuring timely delivery
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
Handle cash and process payments accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely service for all guests





Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of the food industry
Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cashiering
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for accurate bill calculation and cash handling
Experience in serving or hospitality roles that emphasize guest services and upselling techniques
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
Knowledge of Korean and Japanese cuisine
Speaking Korean is an asset
