Key Responsibilities
Evaluate products in realistic customer use cases and identify experience gaps.
Validate product readiness and usability before release.
Document findings and track issues through resolution.
Re-test features as improvements are implemented.
Contribute to customer-facing documentation and release readiness.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in product evaluation, release readiness, QA, UX validation, or a related field.
Experience assessing consumer products from an end-user perspective.
Robust documentation and issue-tracking skills.
Ability to identify usability, clarity, and customer experience issues.
