Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic House Person to join our hospitality team. In this vital role, you will ensure the cleanliness, comfort, and overall upkeep of our guest areas and public spaces. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming workplace that enhances our guests’ wellness journey.

Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of public areas, hallways, lobbies, and guest corridors to the highest standards.
Ensure guest comfort by promptly responding to requests for assistance or supplies.
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and trash removal throughout the resort.
Assist with replenishing amenities in common areas and guest spaces as needed.
Support the housekeeping team with deep cleaning projects or special event preparations.




Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to management for prompt resolution.
Uphold health and safety standards by following proper cleaning procedures and using appropriate equipment.

Skills
Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments is preferred.
Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
Solid attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced setting.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that contributes to guest satisfaction.
Familiarity with hotel or resort operations is a plus but not required.

Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour
