Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items with speed and consistency, ensuring each dish meets quality standards.
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to streamline kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and handling protocols.
Serve food promptly to guests at the line or pass station, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
Follow all health regulations and safety procedures to uphold a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.




Collaborate with team members to manage high-volume periods efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages or issues promptly.

Skills

FOOD HANDLERS PERMIT IS A MUST
Proven experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or similar food industry roles demonstrating strong cooking skills.
Knowledge of food handling safety practices and proper meal preparation techniques.
Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food presentation.
Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest satisfaction.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, tools, and sanitation standards essential for efficient operations.
Robust teamwork ethic with effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
