Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
Prepare spaces for clients by organizing supplies and ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to high standards
Maintain kitchen cleanliness by deep cleaning appliances, countertops, and sinks
Manage time effectively to complete all scheduled tasks on time
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain a protected and organized work setting by following health and safety protocols
Experience
Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail
Basic knowledge of household cleaning techniques

Requirements
Location: Must be willing to work in communities all around central Vancouver Island
Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience preferred but not madatory
Licensing & Documentation: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, clean driver’s abstract, and a clean criminal record check
