Service Manager

We are an established, family-owned and operated, award-winning dealership in business for over 30 years, specializing in premium and exotic vehicles. We are seeking an experienced, organized, and customer-focused Service Manager to oversee vehicle repairs, maintenance, and service operations.

Responsibilities
Manage repairs and maintenance for dealership inventory.
Diagnose service needs and coordinate work with mechanics, body shops, vendors, and suppliers.
Source, price, and order OEM and aftermarket parts.
Review estimates, negotiate pricing, and control repair costs.
Track repair timelines and follow up with vendors.
Inspect completed work to ensure vehicles meet dealership standards.
Communicate with customers about repairs, costs, timelines, warranties, and service issues.
Work with the sales team to prioritize vehicles for sale or delivery.
Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and vehicle histories.
Assist with vehicle inspections, movement, deliveries, and dealership operations.
Help resolve problems quickly and support the sales floor when needed.





Qualifications
Experience in automotive service, dealership operations, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and automotive parts.
Experience working with mechanic and body shops.
Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
Solid organization and ability to manage multiple vehicles and projects.
Detail-oriented, skilled, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with luxury, premium, or exotic vehicles is an asset.
