We are a busy, well-established Italian bistro in the Kensington area looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Salad Prep team member to join our kitchen team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a professional kitchen setting with the possibility for growth into prep cook or line cook responsibilities over time.
Position Details
Evening and weekend availability required
Fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Responsibilities
Dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen areas
Assisting with salad and cold prep station
Basic food preparation including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients
Keeping prep and storage areas organized
Assisting cooks and chefs as needed during service
Following food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements
Previous kitchen or dishwasher experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
