Job Overview:
We are seeking a Shipper and Receiver who also is a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for entering orders and providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within our company.

Administrative and Order Entry Responsibilities:
Answer and Direct incoming phone calls, assisting dealers and end users with inquires
Filing of order confirmations, work orders, invoices etc
Enter incoming orders into the AccPac system and generate invoiced for outgoing orders once they are complete
Quality Control inspection of finished goods prior to receiving them to be shipped

Shipping and Receiving Responsibilities:
Prepare daily orders that are ready to be shipped and prepare any shipping documents required (ex. Labels, Customs Documents etc.)
Keep Warehouse and Shipping area neat and organized, while preparing the warehouse for incoming or outgoing deliveries
Load and Unload incoming and outgoing goods (Use of Forklift and the ability to lift 50 lbs. will be a requirement) We will help in achieving forklift certification if the successful candidate does not have it.



Packing and wrapping of skids prior to shipping.

Essential Skills:
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
Experience with warehouse operations and order fulfillment processes would be an asset
Ability to lift an maneuver 50 lbs.
Ability to operate a forklift and/or willingness to learn, we will help in getting you certified
