The Burke Group is looking for an energetic, reliable person for our sign assembly area. For this position, Sign Maker / Assembler, we are seeking applicants both with and without experience as we can provide on the job training for the role if required. Most importantly, we're looking for a reliable individual with an eye for detail who enjoys working with their hands.

Job responsibilities will include:
Assemble pieces of signs together with tapes and adhesives
Clean, organize, and package completed projects for shipping
Assemble signage with fasteners
Assist with painting edges
Paint prep
welding
cutting
Qualifications and Skills:
Solid attention to detail
Demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm
Capable of working under tight deadlines
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs for brief periods
Able to work in a fast paced team-oriented environment
Experience in any other facets of the sign industry an asset
Previous experience applying vinyl graphics or laminating graphics an asset
Willingness to work overtime and potential split shift work as required
