Key Responsibilities
Baking & Menu Development
Develop and execute a rotating menu of pastries, sweets, and baked goods that complement our coffee program
Introduce seasonal and limited-time offerings to keep the menu fresh and engaging
Stay informed on industry trends and bring forward new ideas
Kitchen Operations
Manage cost of goods (COGS), including ingredient sourcing, portioning, and waste reduction
Maintain an organized, productive,
and clean kitchen environment
Barista Duties
Prepare espresso and coffee beverages to company standards
Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
Qualifications
Experience in baking and menu development within a café, bakery, or similar environment
Strong understanding of cost control, inventory management, and kitchen efficiency
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Passion for quality, both in food and coffee
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced workplace
