Job Summary

As a Permanent, Full time Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our workshop remains clean, safe, and well-maintained. Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of work areas, customer lounges, restrooms, and common spaces to uphold cleanliness standards
Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and surface disinfecting
Assist with general facilities maintenance including light repairs and ensuring equipment is in good working order
Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment
Support the team during special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed




Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management

Experience
Prior experience in both vehicle or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and bending
Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning and maintenance operations

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
