Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about promoting health and wellness through therapeutic massage techniques.
Responsibilities
Provide professional and customized massage therapy treatments to clients
Assess clients' soft tissue condition, joint quality, and function
Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage as part of a holistic wellness program/ home care stretches
Uphold the cleanliness of the massage rooms and common areas
Requirements
Certification as a Registered Massage Therapist
Proof of letter of good standing with your college
City of Edmonton business license, vulnerable section check no more than 3 months old
Proficiency in various massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage. Graston, Intraoral TMJ, Rapid massage and manual lymphatic massage are a bonus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to tailor treatments to meet the specific needs of each client
Hours that are availble
Mondays:
9 am - 2:30 pm & 2:30 - 8 pm
Tuesdays: 9 am - 1:30 pm & 2:30 - 8 pm
Wednesdays: 9 am - 1:30 pm
Thursdays: 9 am - 1:30 pm
Fridays: 9 am - 2:30 pm & 2:30 - 8 pm
Every Second Saturday: 10 am - 4 pm

Pay: $36.00-$87.00 per hour
