Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Explain repair recommendations clearly, ensuring customers are informed about their options and costs
Coordinate with technicians to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion of services
Upsell additional services or maintenance based on vehicle needs and customer preferences
Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and issue receipts efficiently
Maintain detailed records of all service orders,
customer interactions, and sales activities
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
Experience
Previous dealership experience is highly preferred, providing familiarity with automotive service processes
Mechanic experience or mechanical knowledge is a strong asset, helping you communicate effectively with technicians and customers
Proven customer service skills that demonstrate patience, professionalism, and active listening
Experience in sales or upselling techniques to maximize service opportunities while prioritizing customer needs
Knowledge of automotive repair procedures, parts, and maintenance schedules enhances your ability to advise clients confidently
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly in a rapid-paced environment
