Oncoustics is looking to expand its Egypt-based team with a senior machine learning engineer. Oncoustics is a North American headquartered healthtech startup developing advanced diagnostic solutions on handheld ultrasound scanners.
Responsibility
Work with R&D; team in development and deployment of deep learning and machine learning models in tensorflow and pytorch
Influence feature engineering and signal processing, and coordinate for optimal mining with AI
Bonus consideration will be given to applicants that have developed ML-based solutions that have been commercially deployed and/or have worked directly in deploying ML models in to commercial-use production pipelines
Graduate degree in a related field, and relevant undergraduate
5+ years at least of industry experience in the development and deployment of AI/ML models, ideally for health care
Expertise in Python for Deep Learning and Machine Learning packages: Pandas, Sklearn, Keras, Tensorflow, Pytorch
Please note that as close collaboration is required with the Toronto and San Francisco teams, standard availability required is 4pm-midnight Cairo time, Monday through Friday.
